Terms of Use

Operator
Aviation School Guide operates the directory, provider-participation channel, and separately agreed paid provider services. Aviation School Guide is the contracting provider and billing party for those paid services.
Directory information
Listing information is reviewed and improved over time. Confirm current prices, schedules, funding, and enrollment terms directly with the provider.
No government affiliation
Aviation School Guide is not affiliated with the FAA, the Department of Education, state agencies, or listed providers unless explicitly stated.
Provider updates
Provider representatives are responsible for submitting accurate listing, contact, program, funding, and routing information.
Paid provider services
Paid applicant-response, qualification, appointment-setting, reminder, routing, and attendance-tracking services are provided by Aviation School Guide under a separate written provider agreement. That agreement controls pricing, service scope, duration, cancellation, and any terms that conflict with these website terms.
Billing and currency
Unless a written provider agreement states otherwise, paid service prices and charges are in U.S. dollars. Billing is based only on the events and prices identified in the provider agreement, such as confirmed attended appointments. Students are not billed for using Aviation School Guide.
Review, credits, and refunds
Providers receive an invoice review period before an automatic charge. A disputed or ineligible item may be removed before charging. A confirmed billing error identified after payment is corrected through a credit or refund. There are no physical goods to return.
Cancellation
A provider may cancel paid services according to its written agreement. Cancellation stops future service according to that agreement and does not retroactively remove valid charges for services already delivered before cancellation.

If you separately opt in on our SMS preferences page, Aviation School Guide may send recurring automated account/service notifications, marketing messages, or both, according to the choices you make. Account message frequency varies; marketing messages are limited to 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how mobile information and consent records are handled.
