Aviation School Guide operates the directory and provides separately agreed provider services. References to “we” or “us” mean Aviation School Guide.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, provider listing updates, inquiry details, routing preferences, verification events, and technical usage information. When a participating provider submits an appointment or consultation outcome through its private workspace, we record the submission time, public IP address, device and browser information, and approximate IP-based city, region, country, postal code, and timezone for security, audit, and billing-dispute evidence. Home Care Agency Guide asks only for basic service-matching details and does not request medical records or clinical diagnoses.
How we use information
We use information to operate the directory, verify listings, process provider updates, respond to inquiries, prevent misuse, and provide applicant follow-up, appointment routing, attendance tracking, and billing for participating providers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help host, secure, manage, or operate the site and related workflows.
Job applications and recruitment advertising
For job applications, we retain your contact details, equipment response, recorded interview, transcript and review information for our hiring team. To measure recruitment advertising, we may send Meta a completed-interview event, advertising click identifiers, browser information and a hashed email address for matching. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. We do not send Meta your interview recording, transcript, equipment response, phone number or AI scores. We do not collect this recruitment advertising attribution when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
Mobile information and messaging consent
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to service providers that help us deliver and support the messages you requested, and only for that purpose. Message frequency depends on the program you select; marketing messages are limited to 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
CDL training calls and texts
When you submit a CDL training information request, you agree that CDL School Guide and the school named on that request may call or text the number you provided about CDL training. These contacts may use automated technology or an artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text or ask us during a call to stop; we record that preference and suppress further automated outreach.
Payment information
Provider payment methods, when applicable under a separate service agreement, are collected and processed by Stripe for Aviation School Guide. We retain Stripe customer and transaction references, but we do not store complete card numbers.
